Location: Bliss Fitness & Health 4268 Broadway, Oakland, CA. Upstairs behind Blue Bottle Coffee
Date & Time: Sundays 10 AM - 11:30 AM.

Short description: Personal Training & Coaching meets Belly Dance technique.

Long Description: Each class will build coordination, activate safe dance posture, improve stamina, and expand your movement vocabulary (fusion and raks sharqi). NO PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

This series requires your commitment to the practices along with the willingness to think and dance outside the box. We will be using personal training principals to address your unique postures and then work toward building your strength and flexibility.

By the end of 7 weeks, you will have a sustainable dance practice with lots of inspiration for creating new dances. You will also be part of an in-person and online community dedicated to getting through plateaus in technique and being curious about dance education.

If you are eager to dive fully into transforming your dance practice, this series is for you. Performance opportunities are available if you are interested.

7 - 90 minute class sessions ($280 value)

1 hour 1:1 Dance Coaching Session with Nancy ($75 value)
