Join the small group training series designed by a dancer & personal trainer who knows what it's like to spend most of their day in positions that cause discomfort & poor dance posture.

5 week series of 60 min classes with myofascial release, mobility for joints, muscle strengthening, and playful improv dance time.

Limited to 5 participants so you get plenty of focus on the areas you want to improve.
