Short description: Personal Training meets Belly Dance technique.

Long description: Each class will build coordination, activate safe dance posture, improve stamina, and expand your movement vocabulary (fusion and raks sharqi). NO PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.

This series requires student commitment to the practices along with willingness to think and dance outside the box. We will be using personal training principals to address our unique postures and then work toward building your strength and flexibility.

By the end of 8 weeks you will have a sustainable dance practice with lots of inspiration for creating new dances.

This series is meant for students who are eager to dive fully into transforming their dance practice.
