As your health coach, Nancy utilizes a compassionate process encourages you to direct and develop a plan to meet and sustain your health and wellness goals. Nancy's health coach philosophy is that change begins when you understand the relationship you have with your body and how this relationship affects your life. You decide what type of program you desire and I offer resources to support your needs.
Nancy holds a M.A. degree in Holistic Health Education along with several certifications from the American Council on Exercise: Group Fitness Instructor, Mind Body Specialist, and Health Coach. She is also a certified Zumba instructor, a passionate yogini, and has been teaching belly dance and movement for 7 years. She has experience coaching on a variety of topics: smoking cessation, time management, fitness routines, nutrition, yoga, mindfulness, and getting through creative blocks.
