Online Dance Conditioning Training with Nancy!
Level Up your dance skills! Join Nancy's classes livestreamed weekly on Pow How or take the class at your convenience.
Each class will build coordination, activate safe dance posture, improve stamina, and expand your movement vocabulary (fusion and raks sharqi/belly dance). NO PREVIOUS DANCE EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
This series requires student commitment to the practices along with willingness to think and dance outside the box. We will be using personal training principals to address our unique postures and then work toward building your strength and flexibility.
I highly recommend that students use a mat or something soft to lie/kneel on. We will be using other fitness equipment like foam rollers, stability balls, resistance bands, and light weights.
Dress in non restrictive clothing, be prepared to get sweaty and drink plenty of water.
